Masuku Simasiku Mukena
Simasiku was born on July 28th, 1978 in Lusaka, Zambia. He is a chartered certified accountant and a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
After secondary school, Simasiku attended the Zambia Centre for Accounting Studies (ZICAS), which is located in Lusaka and renowned in Southern Africa for its quality. While at ZICAS, he excelled in sports, particularly basketball. Simasiku was a member of the team that won the Independence Cup of Colleges in Zambia in 2003. He was also a member of the ZICAS basketball team that reached the finals of the National College Championship Tournament of Zambia in 2002. He played point guard and stills play basketball in his free time.
As the Financial Officer of the Kucetekela Foundation, Simasiku is responsible for all the accounting and financial administration of the program’s operations. He is proud to be part of the KF team and feels passionate about helping vulnerable children obtain opportunities to succeed in life.
